1. About BVMoneyback

BVMoneyback ("we", "our") operates the website bvmoneyback.com and a loyalty/rakeback program for users of third-party online gambling operators ("Partner Rooms"). We are an independent marketing and loyalty business; we do not accept wagers, hold player funds, or operate any gambling service.

2. Eligibility

To participate you must be at least 18 years old (21 in some jurisdictions), reside in a region where real-money online gambling with the relevant Partner Room is legal, and not be a resident of a restricted state (currently NJ, NV, DE, MD, NY).

3. Loyalty program

The BVMoneyback loyalty program pays monthly rewards calculated as a percentage of the rake and net losses you generate at Partner Rooms while tagged to BVMoneyback's tracking. Tier percentages, qualification thresholds and payout schedule are described on the /rakeback page and may be adjusted with 30 days notice.

4. Account linking

To receive rewards you must (a) open a new Partner Room account via a BVMoneyback referral link, and (b) register a BVMoneyback account and link your Partner Room username. We verify tagging within 24 hours; accounts not tagged to us at signup cannot be retroactively added.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made between the 20th and 25th of the month following the qualifying period, via Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum or Skrill, to the payout address you provide. Minimum payout is $20; smaller balances roll over. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing payouts over $1,000.

6. Prohibited conduct

Bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, multi-accounting, and any activity violating the Partner Room's terms void all rewards for the relevant period. We may terminate your BVMoneyback account at any time for suspected fraud.

7. No warranty

Partner Rooms are independent operators. We make no representation as to the availability, solvency or fairness of any Partner Room beyond publicly available information. Your contract for gambling services is with the Partner Room, not BVMoneyback.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BVMoneyback is registered. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted.
